CePSWAM & CePIETSO-BP Registration form (Company-Sponsored)

Information Instruction Document
  1. Please complete this form by referring to the information, instruction and document section.
  1. This registration form will be forwarded to INSTEP registration focals, participant and sponsor (if any). Please notify INSTEP focal should there is any error in your submission.
  1. A confirmation email and Joining Instruction which includes all the necessary documents and HRDF grant application guideline will be sent 7-14 days prior to training date.
  1. For HRD Corp grant applicants, use the documents received from the confirmation email and complete the grant application prior to training date.
  1. Invoice will be issued after training completed.
  1. Please note that both programmes are non-residential programmes.
  1. Do not make any logistics arrangement for the training prior to receiving confirmation email from INSTEP. Should the session is postponed or canceled, INSTEP will not be responsible for any losses from those arrangements.
  1. Should you company has not been registered in our system, our focal will communicate back with you to complete the company registration (KYC Form)
  1. You may contact the registration focal should you require any assistance.

 
  1. For company which has yet to register with INSTEP.
    Company focal need to complete KYC Form here
  1. Once KYC Form is completed, an email will be sent for company focal to sign and stamp on Company Details and
    Section C field.
  1. Next, refer to guideline here under Table 1 (Documents Needed in Zipped File and compile all documents for Company Sign Up.
  1. Once all documents have been compiled, complete Company Sign Up here
  1. Once you have completed Company Sign Up, proceed to fill in registration form below.

*Please note that the Company Creation process will take around 7 to 10 working days to be approved. Should you be in an urgent need of attending any training sessions, kindly opt for the self-sponsored option.

B. COMPANY INFORMATION
Please ensure the company name is the same as in the SSM.
C. PAYMENT INFORMATION
The guideline for self-sponsored and company sponsored will be shared in the confirmation email. Invoice will be issued upon training completion. For company sponsored, invoice will be sent to company after training completed. For HRDF grant application, please wait for the confirmation email along with the necessary document.
