INSTEP Ascends the MTM’s Top 10% Benchmark Ranking

Institut Teknologi Petroleum PETRONAS (INSTEP) proudly stands among the top 10% in Metrics That Matter (MTM) benchmark among Corporate Universities. The result was announced recently in March 2024. This serves as a testament to its unwavering commitment to technical learning delivery excellence.

MTM is a powerful learning and development platform that combines data from enterprise systems with feedback collected through evaluations. The achievements gained are evaluated using the metrics needed by MTM which are:
• Net Promoter Score
• Scrap Learning
• Estimated Performance Improvement

INSTEP’s success can be attributed to its steadfast dedication to customer satisfaction, as evidenced by its impressive performance metrics. With a commendable 68% Net Promoter Score (NPS), coupled with a remarkable 14% improvement in Scrap Learning and a significant 40% increase in Estimated Performance Improvement (EPI), INSTEP has clearly demonstrated its ability to not only meet but exceed beyond expectations

“INSTEP’s placement within the top 10% represents not only a remarkable statistical achievement but also signifies its consistent progress, a steady ascent from its previous position in the top 25% of the MTM benchmark cycle,” En. Mohamad bin Nasir, the Chief Executive Officer of INSTEP commented on this achievement.
